In order to expand its operations in the Industrial, Naval and Offshore markets and to offer better engineering solutions for the needs of its customers, Metalock Brasil has been investing in new equipment.
Metalock Brasil recently acquired Calibration Workstations to calibrate instruments for gas detection, temperature instruments and pressure gauges, to be carried out both in Metalock Brasil’s laboratory and, for certain instruments, calibration on board without the need to remove the instruments from the vessel.
Calibration Workstations were purchased from Riken Keiki, Japan, a benchmark manufacturer in gas detection, and from IKM Instutek AS, Norway who supplied workstations for calibrating pressure (up to 700 bar) and temperature (-80°C to + 670°C) instruments.
